Ms. LeCocq -Gifted Services Specialist Ms. LeCocq has been the Gifted Services Specialist at Franklin for the past nine years.  She enjoys working with the children of Franklin and learning with them.  It is her philosophy that we learn from each other. Every student should be a teacher and every teacher should be a student. She also feels that even the best teacher can't tell you everything you will need to know, but that her job is to teach her students how to THINK, how to LEARN, and how to be CREATIVE. Ms. LeCocq has been teaching for many years and  not only has a  Masters Degree in Teaching the Gifted and Talented, an Elementary Teaching Degree and license, but is also trained in, and has a Special Education Teaching license.
